On this page you’ll see some of the “stuff” that has been saved over the years by members of the team. Some are irreplaceable, some just junk. Regardless, they each mean something to us.

Some of the pilots would wear Vietnamese officer rank insignia on the front of their Nomex flight shirt if they had interaction with any Vietnamese military personnel. The one below is for an Aspirant or Warrant Officer.
The Razorbacks had two pins made up to wear on the ball cap or shirt pocket. Both are extremely hard to find these days. The original pin was an oval with enamel and rather heavy duty.
The second hat pin. A so called “beer can” pin because the metal is so thin.
******
Seems like everyone has heard of the bracelet made from the tail rotor’s “silent chain”. A second bracelet, much rarer, was made from the tiny chain used to adjust the pedal position.
******
These are not original and were recently replicated by Steve Bookout after rebuilding them completely and making them airworthy once again.
******
This is the front view of CW2 Ray “Razorback 49” Reiblein’s flight helmet. It is not Army issue and he managed to use it with two different units in Vietnam.
